For home service professionals

What service partners receive

Walk in with the house already briefed.

When a homeowner grants access, a service partner can review relevant work completed by other professionals—including providers in the same trade and adjacent trades—before arriving. That can reduce repeated discovery, improve preparation, and reveal dependencies sooner.

For service partners

Start the job with context that usually gets lost.

  • Review relevant prior diagnoses, service, equipment, photos, and findings.
  • See useful context from the same trade and adjacent trades.
  • Prepare with floor plans, opened-wall photos, and known physical-home details when available.
  • Leave durable evidence of your own work for the homeowner and whoever comes next.
  • Keep your customer relationship and keep using your existing CRM or FSM.

Homeowner-controlled access. No lead marketplace.

Floor plans, stud locations, opened-wall photos, and known utility routes.

The record between jobs

The homeowner keeps the context between jobs.

Each visit can leave useful evidence behind so the next professional starts with more than an invoice, a portal login, or someone's memory.

How the model works

A simple role for every participant.

The homeowner remains the center of the system. Each service partner adds useful context without becoming trapped inside a new operating platform.

01

The homeowner

Controls the record, chooses what to share, and decides what happens next.

02

The service partner

Adds findings, documentation, or proof of work—and keeps the relationship it earned.

03

Heritage Standard

Organizes the home's history into clear, durable, homeowner-readable context.

The short version

We are building for homeowners. We become more useful when the businesses they already trust can participate.

Home information is usually scattered across invoices, photos, portals, emails, and memory. Heritage Standard brings the evidence together so a homeowner can understand the condition and care of their home over time.

Service partners should not have to surrender their brand or customer relationship to contribute. Our job is to preserve context, make handoffs clearer, and respect who earned the homeowner's trust.

What guides us

01

Homeowner agency

The homeowner decides. We provide context, not pressure.

02

Defensible information

Claims should trace back to real evidence, sources, and professional work.

03

Relationship respect

We do not route a homeowner away from an active trusted relationship to sell a lead.

04

Calm, useful guidance

No scare tactics. No manufactured urgency. No opaque score used as a sales trick.

Where partnership may fit

Bring your experience. Keep your lane.

We are interested in narrow, practical partnerships that improve the homeowner's record. A conversation does not require a large integration commitment.

What this is not

We are not a lead-generation company.

We do not sell homeowner inquiries, auction jobs, or make money by sending an established customer relationship to a competing service provider.

Starting with building science

Help us build the home record you wish you'd had on your last job.

Building science starts from a useful premise: the house is a system. We're starting with professionals who already work that way—people who understand that what one person finds, changes, opens, repairs, or measures can matter to whoever works on the home next.

Straight answers

What service partners usually want to know.

How does Heritage Standard benefit me as a service partner?

Arrive with relevant history already in hand: prior diagnoses, equipment, photos, floor plans, findings, and work from the same or adjacent trades. That can reduce rediscovery, improve preparation, and make your work easier for the homeowner and the next professional to understand—while you keep your customer relationship and existing tools.

Are you a lead-generation company?

No. We do not sell homeowner inquiries or auction jobs. Heritage Standard is the homeowner's record and decision layer—not a marketplace or field-service operator. We want the professional who did the work to remain visible and the existing relationship to remain intact.

Do we need an API integration to participate?

No. We can first test whether a small, manual or export-based workflow is useful. Deeper technical work should follow demonstrated value, explicit authorization, and a clearly bounded data scope.

Who controls the homeowner's information?

Our product is designed around a homeowner-controlled record. Access and sharing should be understandable, purposeful, and limited to what the homeowner expects.

Will you sell our customer to a competitor?

Our operating principle is clear: we do not route a homeowner away from an active, trusted relationship merely to monetize a lead. Homeowner choice still comes first, but earned relationships should be respected.

What does a first pilot look like?

A narrow workflow, a small number of homes, agreed success criteria, and candid feedback. The purpose is to learn whether the experience creates real value before either side takes on unnecessary complexity.

A useful first step

Let's find the smallest thing worth testing.

Tell us what you do, where your data lives today, and what you believe a homeowner should still be able to understand five years from now.
